SUBJECT: Travel Notification and Appearance Requirements
KEY CONDITIONS OUTLINED:
1. Notification of any travel outside of the U.S. Virgin Islands must be provided in person at USVI/DOJ when the recipient is in the territory.
2. Notification by email can only serve as notification if you are already outside the U.S. Virgin Islands. Recipients must notify the U.S. Virgin Islands Attorney General's office of a change in the length of their stay while in the territory.
3. Recipient is required to appear in person at a USVI/DOJ location at least twenty-four calendar days prior to any intended travel outside of the United States, and:
4. If a violation occurs within 72 days of travel approval, the Attorney General may revoke the special approval of travel at the discretion of USVI/DOJ.
