SECTION B - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING
The document outlines sex offender registration requirements including:
1. Address Registration and Notification: - Within three (3) business days of moving or residing in the state, register in the high, block and keep your registration current and accurate - Provide name, date of birth, and identification where you are a resident - Report all personal information, residence, temporary lodging information, campus residences, etc.
2. Address Change Procedures: - If you move within the state, you must register your new address with the Department of Justice within 3 business days after arrival - If you move out of state, notify the agency where you last registered
3. Verification Requirements: - Every three (3) months [] Every six (6) months [] Every year - Depending on tier of offense, verify registration in person or by mail - Provide current photograph when required
4. Penalties: - Virgin Islands Code, Title 14, Section 1703: punishable by a fine not less than $5,000 nor more than $5,000 or imprisonment for not less than three months nor more than two years, or both; and - Federal Law, 18 U.S.C. Section 2250: punishable by up to 10 years of imprisonment
