Wednesday, May 12, 20 1 :5 :10 PM May 12, 2021 I spoke with attorney, Jeanne Christensen. Jeanne has been speaking to (sp?) at DANY. Jeanne had called her in April initially after Leon Black made a media statement . In that statement,- . Jeanne asked whether DANY was investigating, she suggested that Jeanne call over to the USAO. Jeanne went back to DANY to ask to make a statement about what had happened. Jeanne got the sense that perhaps that DANY had taken a statement from Jeanne is amenable to bringing her in to speak to us, but pointed out that there is still a language barrier. She is going to raise having an interpreter with her client. We tentatively scheduled the interview for Tues 5/18 at 1pm.
