Leon Black DANY Investigation June 9, 2023 Call • 4 DANY closed as to them As to third victim, 3 open **this is the victim DANY called about few months ago** • They are still looking into it • Victim just retained Jeanne a few weeks ago • Jeanne relayed to DANY that she was going to talk to us, not only about Leon but this other target • DANY is only looking into one incident of sexual assault in NYC in 2001 by Black • Any other conduct (and targets) would be outside the contours of their investigation thinks that the victim and her mother would be ok with sharing more information with us, and they're happy to do that • Don't think they have jurisdiction over and the husbandM for the trafficking conduct/ Epstein connection • - drove her over state lines is ok with us speaking to the victim, but they would want access to the notes\ • Victim lives in. and they have interviewed by zoom (1) and phone (1) • Very sensitive to contact • They have medical/ therapy records • No outcry witnesses until years later, very little corroboration o Outcry was to adopted mother and other family members years later • They find her credible in part of the similarity in the sexual assault (biting) to■ and. o They are trying to see if any information as to that specific conduct could have become known to the victim Charges seem unlikely but they are still investigating END

interested in meeting with the second victim represented by her attorney after the Maxwell trial. Based on our last conversation, I believe you had met with her already. If you are still pursuing an investigation encompassing both victims, we are not likely to open an other investigation. If anything changes or my understanding is incorrect, please let me know.
