Counsel - Following our discussions, I am prepared to recommend the following resolution: Mr. Epstein would plead guilty to state charges. In exchange, the federal investigation would not proceed further. The agreement would include provisions for the co-conspirators as discussed. This would need to remain confidential. Please review and advise.
