DECLARATION CONTENT:

The declarant is a Special Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Miami Division, Palm Beach County Resident Agency, with 10 years of FBI employment. For the past 3 years, the agent has been assigned to investigate child exploitation cases. The agent is the lead case agent investigating Jeffrey Epstein's solicitation of minors to engage in prostitution and his lewd and lascivious conduct with minors.

Paragraph 2: After filing an initial declaration supporting the government's response to a motion to quash subpoenas, the agent located and interviewed another victim recruited to engage in prostitution with Jeffrey Epstein.

Paragraph 3: In 2001, the victim (identity redacted, referred to as "[victim]"), age 14, was recruited by another female (referred to as "J") to provide Epstein with a personal massage. The first time "J" brought the victim to Epstein's home at 358 El Brillo Way, Palm Beach, Florida, "J" and Epstein [actions redacted]. The victim was 17 years old at the time of the initial encounter. The victim's first contact with Epstein at age 15 was for the purpose of providing him with personal massages.

Paragraph 4: The victim estimates she returned to Epstein's home approximately 100 times between 2001 and 2003. Epstein [redacted] in presence during all but three of the massages. During additional visits, Epstein tried to engage in increasingly sexual behavior. On one occasion, Epstein introduced an unidentified female [details redacted]. At the end of each massage, the victim was paid $200 to $400 by Epstein.

Paragraph 5: When the victim was approximately 16 years old, Epstein's assistant (name redacted) telephoned the victim and told her that Epstein wanted to photograph her. The victim traveled to Epstein's Palm Beach home where the assistant took a series of nude photographs of the victim posing at several locations on Epstein's property. The victim was paid $500 for posing nude for the photographs. The victim reported that the assistant used a digital camera to take the nude photographs.

Paragraph 6: The agent concludes that this information leads him to believe that the computers that are the subject of the grand jury subpoena are likely to contain evidence of Jeffrey Epstein's solicitation of minors to engage in prostitution and may contain child pornography.
